Bullion Group S.A. was born from a history of global vision, corporate solidarity, and courage in the face of international challenges. Its origins date back to 2015 in Angola, when a multicultural group of entrepreneurs founded Natrabank, a support and development project focused on African micro and small businesses.
Natrabank was founded by a group of individuals who symbolize the unity of peoples and cultures: José Manuel Arsénio, Manuel Cruz Neto, João Manuel Bernardo, Teófilo Lourenço Kanutula de Almeida, Luís Kupenala, and Celeste de Britto (all Africans); Roberto Rosenthall (American); KJ Lee (Korean); Supapong Krisnakan (Thai); Gabriel Peruzzolo and Cristiane Lebit (Brazilians); and the support of Asian royal and traditional families, such as Rama IX, Kutai Mulawarman, Tiburcio Vilamour Marcos, and Bhumibol Adlyadej.
The project consisted of receiving Asian funds and distributing them to local entrepreneurs, with a focus on stimulating productive growth. Although its name suggested a banking institution, Natrabank was not a bank, but rather a financial holding company that promoted and guaranteed cooperation between Angolan entrepreneurs and Asian investors. Its role was to drive economic development and build bridges of trust between different continents.
While Natrabank was operating in Africa, another part of the team began the same project in South America in 2016, under the name Bullion Bank—as the name Natrabank was already used by another entity in the region.
The mission was identical: to create opportunities through international fundraising, distributing resources to emerging companies and productive sectors. However, the Latin American context offered strategic advantages: Brazil already had more modern laws, a digitized financial infrastructure, and the emergence of fintechs. This technological environment allowed Bullion Bank to thrive, establishing an innovative model of international economic intermediation and promotion.
While Natrabank faced political resistance in Africa and reorganized its operations toward Asia, particularly in the Philippines, where it gained support and success, Bullion Bank consolidated its presence in the Americas, excelling in the mining, agribusiness, and construction sectors.
In 2024, after nearly a decade of international experience and achievements, the Natrabank and Bullion Bank teams decided to unify their brands and structures under a single banner: Bullion Group S.A. was born.More than a company, Bullion Group S.A. is an international holding company that encompasses all of the group's divisions—bank, fintech, construction, mining, agribusiness, and investment fund—with a presence and business registration in Africa, South America, North America, Europe, Asia, and the United Arab Emirates. The group's integrated structure enables secure financial transfers across continents, resource optimization, and support for small and medium-sized businesses seeking to expand their horizons.
Today, Bullion Group S.A. is the result of a union of experiences, cultures, and purposes that have crossed oceans. With global headquarters and a presence in several countries, the group supports thousands of business projects, creates jobs, promotes development, and transforms dreams into reality.
